Delete your Breeathy account

You can delete your account and all your data from the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open Breeathy and sign in.
Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
Read the explanation, tick “I understand…” and tap Delete my account.

The app then shows the date your account will be deleted.

30-day grace period

Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days after you ask.
Until then you can keep using Breeathy. A notice on Home and in Settings shows the deletion date.
To cancel, sign in to the app again before that date and tap Cancel deletion on Home or in Settings. Your account and check-ins stay as they were.
Daily reminders on your phone are turned off as soon as you ask for deletion.

What is deleted

When the 30 days are over, we permanently delete:

Your account: email address, password hash and user ID.
All your check-ins: moods, notes, breathing session times and dates.
Your deletion requests.

Your sign-in sessions end, and nothing from your account is kept in Breeathy's database afterwards: we do not keep an archive or an anonymized copy. Deletion cannot be undone.

Our email provider (Resend) may keep delivery records of the emails we sent you for a limited time under its own terms. Those records are not under Breeathy's control.

Reminder settings are stored only on your phone. They are removed when you uninstall the app.

If you no longer have the app

Send an email to dev3@reispace.com from the email address you used for your Breeathy account, with the subject:

We may reply to confirm the request comes from you. We will handle your request within 30 days and confirm by email when your account and data have been deleted.
